Return and Replacement Policy

What is the general T-shirt return policy on Gymok?

  • All products purchased from gymok.in, except Gifts Items are applicable for return. Customers can return their order within 7 days of the order delivery.
  • All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • To schedule a return, please email us on contact@gymok.in , In Email Subject write Order Id & Mobile No. & In Description write Reason for Return. After that our Customer Care Executives check your return is eligible within the 7 Days from Delivery Date . You’ll get the reply within 24-48 hour in working days. The Reverse Pick up facility is not available.
  • You have to self-ship your product(s) via Speed Post or Any Private Courier like FedEX, Delhivery, DTDC, etc. , you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped product(s), we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service.
  • The product amount will be credited back to  GymOK.in wallet, once we have received the products and quality check is done. Team GymOK has right to take final decision.
  • Note: We do not have a exchange/replacement policy. You can return the product, and use the GymOk wallet refund received against the returned product to place a new order as per your convenience.
  • The amount credited on return will be based on the price of the product at the time of purchase. Any change in the product price thereafter will not be considered.

What is the Gift Items (Cup, Frame, Cushion , etc.) return policy on Gymok?

  • No Return or Exchange on any Gift Items.
  • You can cancel your orders within 1 hour of booking the same order. You are requested to immediately email at contact@gymok.in  along with your order number for any cancellations to be made.
  • Electronic transfer to your account within 7 working days if you have cancelled your order within 1 hour.
  • After 1 hour your order cannot be cancelled at any cost and no amount will be refunded back to you.
  • In case you receive a product in damaged condition, you have to inform our team at contact@gymok.in immediately for further procedure. Depending upon the product, decision will be taken by our team regarding it. Team GymOK has right to take final decision.
  • Non receipt of Payment- In case the payment for the order is not made GymOK will automatically cancel the order. An email notification is sent to you when we cancel the order.
